Residence-permit guides for every permit type with the fees, payment codes and mistakes to avoid, an İkamet countdown, emergency phrases and numbers, universities, and community threads. Its assistant answers only from dated, cited sources.
People who move to Türkiye meet a bureaucracy in a language they may not read, with deadlines that matter, and no trustworthy source for what a thing should cost or which office to go to. The usual fallback is a paid fixer or a rumour in a group chat.
Diwan turns that into product: an İkamet guide per permit type with 2026 fees and payment codes, a countdown to your permit's expiry, emergency phrases and numbers, Ankara's universities, and threads where the community answers. Arabic, English and Turkish throughout.
The assistant is built to refuse. It answers only from a dated, cited, verified corpus, and when it can't, it sends you to the official office. Behind it, the Firestore rules deny everything unless a rule says otherwise, and 21 rules test files keep it that way.
Flutter with Riverpod on iOS and Android, Firebase and Cloud Functions behind it. Free, with no payments on the student side.
