Doctor and pharmacy reviews for patients in Turkey, ranked with AHP-inspired weights so ten careful reviews can outrank a hundred one-liners. TC Kimlik validation, three roles, 154 automated tests.
Most review platforms average stars. DRAPO scores providers server-side with weights inspired by the Analytic Hierarchy Process, so domain criteria count for more than volume.
Turkish national ID (TC Kimlik) validation keeps fake accounts out. Patients, providers and admins each get scoped permissions. 154 automated tests across unit, widget and A/B phases, and a usability study with six participants scored it 78.75 on SUS.
