AI-assisted job matching from a CV
Upload a CV as PDF or DOCX, get matched openings scored with TF-IDF plus rules, and an email digest of the best ones. Django REST behind, Next.js in front.
The matcher is deliberately explainable: term weighting you can inspect, plus rules for seniority, location and language. No black box between a person and their next job.
