A hyperlocal marketplace for handmade crafts in Qatar, designed so a home artisan who sells through Instagram messages can open a shop in under ten minutes.
HalaHome is built for home artisans first: listing, pricing and fulfilment are designed to be done on a phone between orders. Customers get discovery and gifting that are easier than a WhatsApp thread.
A Flutter app for customers, sellers and drivers. Node.js and TypeScript behind it, PostgreSQL for orders, Redis for live state and rate limits, WebSockets for realtime, and Cloudflare R2 for media. In progress.
